GLOBAL PEACE MARCH

Tomoro, on the 10th, Indians undertake rallies and peace marches across 25 cities, across the world.

We have done our bit for the Pune leg of the same, and i do hope that my city responds.

i am extremely amused by some experiences i had while organizing this, touched by the tremendous effort and enthusiasm put in by everyone involved , and amazed at the callous and laid back attitude of some very special fucker's we had to interact with...may god bless you with some sense of belonging towards this great nation , and some brains maybe...yeah.

The amazing spectrum of souls and mindsets that coexist here is miraculous...seriously.

Here is a prayer for all of you for whom we are doing this..may your soul rest in peace and may we avenge you , for i hope your sacrifice's were not in vain.

Every blog I see , mentions Mumbai...i hope all these people come out and join in the collective effort , to make a greater difference.

Lets come Alive.

Be the Change you want to see.

The peace rally('s)

So after the march ystday , got to connect with sm awsome ppl like peter sir and dipika ,who have been activist's for a very long time , and have working on relevant social causes in various arena's.

The most amazing thing about the march ystday was that there was'nt any one group or person organizing it , it was rather different people came in with their own sets and joined it to form the march, and yet it was perfectly synchronised.

10 of us who were mainly assocaited with the logistics of the whole thing have decided to get together and make a social forum so as to ensure continued efforts for this cause , and other relevant social causes.The forum is basically to organize where required , and give support to the existing groups and causes involved in social work.

There is a Global peace March scheduled on the 10th condemning the mumbai attacks and terrorism, happening across all major cities in India and some locations abroad.We are trying to organize the Pune leg for the same.

I wish we Indians come together on this and make our presence , and our anger felt, for the Government and the decision maker's have to realize that they have been sleeping for far too long, and this country just won't take this laid back attitude anymore.

I now believe in this concept of being a proactive citizen, making a difference by doing my job, shouldering my responsibility, and making my voice heard.

I want each one of you to join me in this.

Lets start the journey, and the path will appear.

One India

We did a Peace March today .

Ideology being this....we feel angry abt 26/11 , our political leadership is crap, each one of us wanted to be involves in something personally, basically just to express....release the pent up anger...


In this span of 5 hours, i learnt and understood a lot about my fellow indians....

and there is a lot that i want to and am going to say about this,,,,..... bt nt nw....

too many random thoughts, anger, and emotions in my head....

so will write in detail tomoro....about wat was today's experience all about, offshoots, observations, plans and hopes.

I love my country, and my rockstar countrymen,for in essence ...we are essentially a very patriotic lot, which i saw today... even if v need a jolt once in a while to kick start that spirit...

its heart warming seeing a bunch of 16 yr olds organize a rally, some 80 yr olds walking with us all the way, and some 5 yr olds being explained by their mommies why they should be a part of it....

so more details tomoro....

frankly...too overwhelmed right now by the experience...

I want to write about what i felt , and am still feeling about 26/11 .

But i just cannot.

There are a million and one things i want to say , some things i would personally like to do , kill the MOFO's behind this insane and inhuman act, i don't know ....basically to DO something about it , personally.

Till now we used to witness these terror acts like spectator's , maybe with pity, but this is different. every single Indian i have interacted with has this personal anger , this frustration , and this rage about this dastardly act.Its like v saw our country, our national pride getting raped, and the image will stay on........

Being from a Traditional and to the core Army family , i am extremely pained by the kerala CM's remarks, what i want to ask him , sir do u have a son? God forbid , if he's killed is similar circumstances , how will u feel?

This actually shows what kind of political leadership we vote in, and their mindset.

actually another thing i would tell him, Fuck You Sir .... A Chutya NanDan.

For once , i hope my country reacts, and breaks the shackels of the pseudo gandhian, neo eunuch peace philosophy that is making it a sitting duck.

As i said , i am getting revolutionary idea's.

ratio's and percents

If it takes n number of attributes to make life totally rock, and complete, you are born with half of those attributes, and only someone, who is to your true soulmate has the exact other half, and its only when you two are together, does life totally, and in totality, rock.

Its not like 80% rocking, thats a bit of chemistry, some appeal , maybe infatuation....

Its not 90% rocking , for i think thats a crush and kinda just getting used to someone, more a habit.

Its destiny , the set of all circumstances , except you and me, that sometimes makes us take decisions that do not necessarily reflect what we feel....

So if a guy, and a girl, who's the only girl he ever loved ,were to have a last conversation, talk for that very last time, after being the center of each other's existence for a very long time, what would the talk about?

Or will the silence speak?

Will they talk about what went wrong? or will they remember those zillions of moments they created , those immortals specks of time n space, that live forever.

its infatuation,puppy love,love songs, chocolate's, happy endings....perceptually.

In reality however, how many relationships have u seen workin out? one out of ten. ... maybe.....

it amazez me to see that no element in the environ around us acknowledge's the, negetive side of love ,the unhappiness, insecurity, jealousiy, rejection....won't understand why.?

1 by 1 billionth of India

Am preparing for my GMAT since the last 2 weeks, another two to go, and so a majority of converstions with friends /relatives /colleague's are abt MBA / GMAT /wat options...now and later....

An though i might me a little hazy about some details , i am very clear abt this...

I don't want to go abroad to work/settle .

I don't want to go abroad to study.

My own reasoning is a mix of personal choice's , logical/ maybe illogical reasoning.

I started my learning of Indian Media Dynamics here, eight years ago, all that i know , is about this specific industry , in this specific country. why would i go elsewhere?

All the people i care for, my parents , my bro, my closest friends, the only girl that i ever loved,are here.

My sphere of influence is here.I make a difference .

My Cousin, who btw is doing very very well for himself abroad, spoke to me abt the money factor , and a better , more encouraging work culture.

i know our scenario here is developing, but i will, along with other, work hard and change it,
in our own desi style, to become, the very best, don't need your set SOP's , we'll make our own.

Its early morn, i have'nt slept,its our Independence day, and i am proud to be an Indian.

If this did'nt make sense, well, go abroad.lol.
Happy Independence Day !

correlation/ causation ...gyan ...lol

For a very long time, i was deeply involved in researching about spiritual philosophy, and value systems, as presented by the various schools of thought.

All that i gathered from th sis is, there is no generic philosophy that suits everyone, for it entirely depends upon what is your personal value system.

It is good to know and understand about various ideologies, but in the end, form your own , upon what u believe in.

A lot of my friends are very impressed by 'The Secret' by Rhonda Bryne, and told me to read it, which i did. What i felt is, that the crux ( The Law of Attraction) , would be effective only if combined with some hard core effort.Its not that its not well put, i mean its a very well written book , but then , its a concept we have all known all along, just that maybe reading it in so much clarity helps in putting it into clearer prespective.The power of positive thinking is a very effective tool , but the role of thoughts is to lead to positive action, without which it is rendered irrelevant, so think positive but back it up with the required effort.

The whole Philosophy of the Art of Living, as stated bt Epictetus, is based on just one concept,
The Sphere of Influence, it says that in life , one must never try to inflence things outside one's own sphere of influence, for doing so will lead to conflict, and thereon more negetive energies.
So what is your sphere of influence? everything starting with your...your thoughts, your words, your deeds, your actions, your idea's, basically your life....think about it...it'll make sense, any and everything above and beyond this outside, and any attempt to influence it will only lead to misery.think, if there is a problem, concerning you and someone, what part of it is your control,
......wat u feel, do , express about it...not the other person's point of view or actions....so do the best you can within your sphere, an leave the rest to the universe.

there is another point of view, the kind of vibrations(through thoughts and deeds) you create in your sphere will act as a magnet, and attract similar vibrations from all around, basically the universe.

This is where these two ideologies are related....

My personal point of view is right or wrong is a matter of perception, what may be right for me maybe wrong for you, so how does the universe decide on it......on intention.thats the key...do wat you really believe, and do so with clear intentions, nothing will ever go wrong, on the other hand, the best of the deeds with wrong intentions will, no matter what.there is this beautiful quote from parsi scripture, which says :

Clarity of thought,
Purity on intention,
Mixed with conviction and passion,
will always lead to success.

Its the gist, of all that i have said.

past , present and future

we have two feet, destiny and life keep one in the present, by default.
About the other, its our own choice.
And it is this choice , that decides which quadrant of time we exist in, think,
with one foot in the past , and one in the present, the whole existence is leaning into the past , and carrying the weight of all the dead issue's, of people, of things, that we left behind,and logically, should not matter.

Clear that slate, forgive, forget ,erase, delete... for thats the only way u can detach, and move forward.

Its all connected in a cosmic sense, wat i am is dierctly influenced by wat i was, and wat i will be , is based upon wat i am doing today.

Do your best in the time, the present.
Past is gone, future will take care of itself.

I have known this concept since a long time, directly mention is the Bhagvad Gita, but it started making so much sense recently, its funny how life provides us live example's of different ideologies, from time to time.
